The Record-breaking Activity In 2021 And 2022 Has Subsided To Typical Levels, Which Makes Year Over Year Comparisons Look More Dire Than They Realistically Are. Current Vacancy Is Approaching 6.0% And Will Likely Surpass That In The Coming Quarters, Although This Is In Line With Historic Vacancy For The Region. Asking Rents For Warehouse Increased 7.8% From Q4 2022, A Substantial Deceleration From The Annual Increases Tenants Have Been Seeing Since The Pandemic Ignited A Two-year Flurry Of Activity.
