Family Office Live · Editorial Policy
Editorial Standards
Family Office Real Estate Daily is an editorial publication for family office principals, CIOs and investment teams. It is published by Family Office Live, a brand of Gallium. This page explains how we produce coverage, what we will and won't publish, and how we handle errors.
Sourcing & attribution
Every story on this site begins with publicly reported journalism from one of a curated set of credible sources. We rewrite the lede, dek and body as an editorial summary, and we link back to the original on the publisher's own site.
- Every article carries a visible source attribution above the fold.
- Every article links directly to the original publisher's page with
rel="noopener nofollow". - We do not republish source articles in full, and we do not aggregate paywalled bodies.
- Where a story references a primary document (filing, court order, regulator release), we cite the primary document.

Anti-hallucination rules
Our rewrite pipeline is constrained by a strict supervisor layer that quarantines any output containing facts not present in the source. Specifically:
- Articles only use facts, names, numbers, dates and quotes that are explicitly present in the source.
- No fabricated statistics, no invented quotes, no synthesised institutional "sources said".
- Stories that cannot be safely rewritten are quarantined and reviewed by a human editor before publication or discard.
- We do not produce SEO-only or AI-only listicle content ("7 tips" style commodity posts).
Ethics & conflicts
Family Office Live is owned by Gallium, a real estate developer and advisor to family offices. Some published stories may touch on markets, sponsors, or transactions where Gallium or its affiliates have a commercial interest.
- Our editorial commentary is clearly labelled in-line and attributed to Family Office Live / Gallium.
- We do not accept payment for editorial placement, and we never disguise sponsored content as editorial.
- Any commercial relationship that materially affects a story is disclosed in that story.
- Where a story is about a sponsor or counterparty Gallium has worked with, we flag the relationship.
Use of AI in the production pipeline
We use large language models to draft editorial summaries from publicly reported source articles. Every draft passes through:
- A retrieval layer that grounds the draft strictly in the source text.
- A supervisor model that enforces our anti-hallucination rules.
- An automated image validation step to confirm imagery is topically aligned.
- Human editorial review for featured stories and any flagged quarantine items.
We do not use AI to invent quotes, statistics, sources or transactions.
Diversity
The publication’s remit is global family office real estate — covering North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We aim for coverage that reflects the full range of capital sources and operator profiles active in private real estate, not just the largest U.S. institutional names.
The desk
Coverage is produced by the Family Office Real Estate Daily Desk, the editorial team at Family Office Live. The desk is led by Jaf Glazer, founder of Gallium — a developer and advisor for family offices and UHNW investors diversifying into U.S. real estate, with affiliated European coverage.
